SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping times: 4–5 business days

On the Rocks ships throughout Europe, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom using express couriers, selecting the most efficient carrier based on the destination.

Shipments are managed by On the Rocks every day.

Orders received over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a link to track the package in real time.

At the time of ordering, it is essential to provide a valid email address and a correct phone number. This ensures timely updates and notifications regarding the shipment.

Please note: Once the order is completed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. On the Rocks is not responsible for any errors or missing information provided by the customer.

On the Rocks cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to customs checks, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. In general, On the Rocks is not liable for delays caused by strikes, weather conditions, local holidays, or any other force majeure events.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be applied according to the regulations of the destination country.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our headquarters in Bardolino (Verona), ITALY.
